The FOS a.k.a. Fruits Of the Spirit are Love, Joy, Peace, Long-suffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, and Temperance. Galations 5:22-23. The FOS are applied by God through how he is. A friend of mine made a song from it.
